• CCBS offers classes from September to June (39 weeks). There is a monthly tuition plan and fees are divided into 10 equal payments, Dress rehearsals and performances are counted as classes.
• First payment is due at the registration. Tuition must be paid by the first week of each month. A $15 late fee will be charged against all late payments after the 8th of the month. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS!
• A $30 fee will be charged for returned checks. Thereafter, only cash will be accepted.
• If a bill has to be mailed, a fee of $10 for extra processing and postage will be charged.
• CCBS accepts the following payment methods: check, money order, cash, Visa, Master Card, and American Express.
• CCBS also has an automatic payment system. Please speak with Mr. Been Kuo, treasurer of CCBS, who will make the necessary arrangements. Automatic bank or credit card payments save time and avoid late fees.
• CCBS will protect and secure your credit card information, which will not be put in our computer systems nor will hard copies be made. The treasurer is the only person having access to this information.
• You may deposit your tuition in the drop box. Please do not deposit cash in the drop box.
• CCBS offers a "DANCE MORE AND GET MORE DISCOUNT" policy for students taking multiple classes and family discounts for second and third child as well as pre-professional and professional division students. Second child in the same family enjoys a 10% discount, and third child in the same family a 15% discount. Please see the tuition discount schedule.
• CCBS awards 40% discount toward your next month's tuition when you introduce a NEW student who enrolls in the dance program.
• A 10% discount is given if a full year’s tuition is paid in September.
• Students who have attended classes but have not paid tuition for 5 consecutive weeks will be removed from all classes until their account has been cleared.
• All accounts must be cleared before June 17; otherwise the students will not be allowed to perform in the Spring Recital.
• Please check the bulletin board regularly for up-to-date information and news.
• To keep classes open, a minimum of 5 students is required.
• Class schedule is subject to change.
