Head by the Conservatory program founder/director - Ms. Shir Lee Wu, Nationally and internationally well recognized ballet Master teacher and coach and together with an exceptional of teaching artists, Columbus City Ballet Conservatory Program is designed for the aspiring serious dance students from ages 11-18. We are committed to providing the highest professional level of classical ballet training utilizing the Vaganova methodology of our students.
In the Conservatory program, we are striving to create an environment where each student will receive individualized attention for their technical and artistic development for our high profile professional faculty.
The Conservatory curriculum is challenge, structure and details to help the students to build a solid, well-rounded technical foundation and foster artistic expression within each student. Private and semi-private coaching is available as needed. Students also have opportunities to study and work with internationally and nationally renowned master teachers and artists in the unique workshop, master classes and private coaching.
The Conservatory students will exposure to legendary ballet and innovative contemporary repertoire and large-scale productions to build a bridge for serious dance student to have a future career in dance or college path.
